BENNY KOHN: KEYS, VOCALIST

 

 

 

Benny "Fingers" Kohn first sat in front of a piano at the age of 6 in Windsor, MA.  After learning the basics from his father, Ben honed his skills in a largely self-taught manner. He also studied jazz piano at Berklee College of Music, as well as Westfield State College. In addition to Misty Blues, Benny continues to develop his music while playing an integral role in the sound of other regional bands… Chris Merenda and the Wheel, Billy Keane and the Misdemeanor Outlaws, Tony Lee Thomas Band, and The Citizens to name a few. He has played throughout New England, Boston, Chicago, New York, England, Italy, France, Denmark, and Turkey.
